The choice of indicators for monitoring financial regulation of sustainable development of agricultural regions: the example of Ukraine

The influence of a group indicators on the integral assessment state agrarian regions for improving financial mechanisms regulating sustainable rural development has been investigated. goal is to identify relationship between level economic growth (growth in agricultural GDP, GVA per employee, income community resident) and amount resources that are financed from budgets. empirical study was carried out basis panel data formed sample individual rating regional Ukraine 2017-2019. nature distribution studied variables determined by calculating correlation coefficients. Based results, established indices: budget financing gross production - 63%; index 58%; budgets profit 38%. It recommended reduce direct subsidies, increase allocation funds social development, finance most effective programs order ensure regions. To monitor process effectiveness regulation, it proposed use production, conjunction with integral, which will become more reliable budgetary allocations Ukraine.
